The door lock management system is composed of computer, smart card reader and management soware. Responsible for issuing IC CARDS, hotel room management, guest check-in informaon query stascs funcons. 1. Operaon management: Define the user name of the system operaon and the seng of its permission to use the system 2.Inializaon CARDS: Inialize the CARDS available to the system all new CARDS. 3.Room seng: Complete the entry of all room informaon of the seng of the hotel and issue the installaon card, maintenance card and clearance card. 4.System maintenance: Issue manager key card (including: master control card, area card, building number card, floor card,clock card,etc) Read data card record; View the operaon log. 5.Front Desk management: This funcon is the core part of the system and is used by the hotel’s front desk operator. Responsible for guest check-in, issuing room, handling guest reservaon , Check-out, renewal, card replacement, etc.
